G2 Decking Oil is a high-quality decking oil for native and exotic woods for new and renovation coatings. Ideal for wooden decks, wooden patios, facade claddings, windows, doors, garden sheds, half-timbering, and playground equipment. The non-film-forming surface with deep impregnation reliably protects the wood from weather, UV radiation, and extreme climatic influences. The oil penetrates the wood capillaries, providing a water-repellent and durable surface and preserving the natural wood structure. Free of toxic active ingredients, odorless after drying, and harmless from a building biology perspective.

Application

• Preparation – surface frost-free, clean, dust-free, and dry
• First coat – apply to all sides before assembly, pre-treat softwoods with impregnation primer if necessary
• Application – apply oil thinly and evenly, avoid film formation, remove excess oil
• Drying conditions – temperature above +8 °C, wood moisture ≤18 %, humidity <60 %
• Final treatment – with colorless G2 Decking Oil, abrasion protection increases
• Cleaning – clean brushes and tools immediately with thinner or turpentine substitute
