The Rosé from Redentore is a wonderfully great and strawberry-like Prosecco with a fine perlage. It is produced using the traditional Charmat method. With its pale pink color and fine, long-lasting aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, it is our favorite. The palate is soft and balanced with fresh fruit flavors and minimal acidity. This Prosecco is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be served with salads or various cheeses. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is sulfite-free, as well as vegan.
