The luxurious Hamam towel Charlotte is a hand-woven, wonderfully soft pestemal. It is ideal as a towel for the beach, sauna and pool and perfect as a Hamam towel. It looks great as a sarong or scarf and is guaranteed to attract admiring glances and many inquiries. At home, Charlotte can be used as both a bath and shower towel and as a throw on the couch. It gets softer with every wash and the cotton fibers become more supple and absorbent with every use. 

We source the Hamam towel Charlotte from a pestemal manufactory in Izmir, where it is produced on traditional, semi-automatic looms. The warp threads are then knotted by women working from home. This weaving pattern has been used for Hamam towels in Turkey for centuries.
