Timemore Sculptor 078S and 078SSP - Electric Coffee Grinder for Espresso

The "Timemore Sculptor 078S" electric coffee grinder is an absolute eye-catcher and the new star in the espresso grinder sky. It impresses with its modern, minimalist design, typical of Timemore, and fits into any kitchen thanks to its compact size.

The grinder is equipped with Timemore's already celebrated flat burrs, which ensure particularly consistent and balanced grinding results. It features 50 stepless grind settings with virtually infinite intermediate steps, making it an absolute espresso expert that delivers a balanced texture with a truly pleasant acidity-sweetness play. The grinder also delivers convincing results for pour-over or French Press preparations. Adjusting the perfect grind size is very convenient and precise using the large adjustment wheel on the front. With the patented rotary knocker, you can optimally remove grind residue from the spout.

You control the grinding process via the adequately sized start-stop button on the right side of the grinder. Thanks to its pleasant feel, this is easily possible even without looking.

In addition to the grind size, you can also adjust the speed of the 400-watt brushless motor on the Sculptor. With a dial on the back of the grinder, you can select between 800 and 1400 rpm.
